Sign up for appointment texts
Your consent applies only to Buzzmax's own messaging program operated by JMatsu Holdings LLC; we do not collect consent for affiliates, other companies, or marketing.
- Program: Buzzmax Appointment Reminders.
- Who sends the texts: Buzzmax, operated by JMatsu Holdings LLC, 1018 N 985 W, Orem, UT 84057, sends them from its own registered messaging program, about your business relationship with the business you enter above. Every text starts with that business's name.
- What you get: texts about an appointment you booked with that business: a confirmation, a reminder before the visit, a reschedule notice, and the time your technician or installer will arrive. No marketing, no promotions.
- Message frequency varies with your appointments.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out; it ends texts from the number that texted you. Reply HELP for help.
- Support: team@buzzmax.ai or (434) 204-8956.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your number and your consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
- Read the SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

If a business collects your consent itself
A business that uses Buzzmax may ask for your consent on its own booking form, on a work order or service agreement, or out loud. Whichever way, the request must be a separate, optional choice (never a pre-ticked box and never part of accepting terms), and it uses this wording: “I agree that [Business] may text me about my appointments and service visits at this mobile number, sent through Buzzmax. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.” The business then records the date, how it asked you, and that you were shown that wording, and Buzzmax sends only to numbers with that record. You can use this page instead at any time.
What we record
When you submit this form, we record your phone number, the business you named, that you ticked the box, the exact wording shown and its version, the date and time, your IP address and your browser's user agent, so that we can show that you consented. That record is kept as proof of your consent to appointment texts. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with anyone for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
