Program: Buzzmax Job Status Updates.
Who sends the texts: Buzzmax, operated by JMatsu Holdings LLC, 1018 N 985 W, Orem, UT 84057, sends them from its own registered messaging program, about your visit with the business you enter above. Every text starts with that business's name.
What you get: updates about a service visit you booked with that business: that the technician is on the way, that they are running late, and that the visit is complete. No marketing, no promotions.
Message frequency varies with your service visits.

Examples, for a visit with a business called Example Plumbing:

Example Plumbing: Sam is on the way and should arrive around 2:30 pm. Reply STOP to opt out.
Example Plumbing: We are running behind. Sam now expects to arrive around 3:15 pm. Sorry for the wait. Reply STOP to opt out.
Example Plumbing: Your service visit is complete. Thank you for choosing us. Questions? Call (801) 555-0100. Reply STOP to opt out.

What we record

When you submit this form, we record your phone number, the business you named, that you ticked the box, the exact wording shown and its version, the date and time, your IP address and your browser's user agent, so that we can show that you consented. That record is kept as proof of your consent to job status texts. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with anyone for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
