Buzzmax is software that helps local service businesses in the United States keep their Google reviews and Google Business Profile active. It is made by JMatsu Holdings LLC, a Utah company in Holladay, doing business as Buzzmax in Orem. Buzzmax was founded in 2026.

Buzzmax writes your posts for you to approve, handles the texts between you and your customers, and shows you how to get the best reputation in your area.

On the Growth plan and above, Buzzmax tunes up the business's Google Business Profile (categories, services and hours) and keeps its details current, week after week.

Build your reputation

Buzzmax texts a review request to each customer a business sends it who the business says agreed to texts. The message names the business and carries its review link, and every customer gets the same request. Buzzmax writes replies to the business's 4 and 5 star Google reviews with AI, in its voice, and once the business turns on review replies they post automatically. On Growth and Dominate, Google reviews of three stars or below are checked daily and flagged to our team, and from Dominate, RepGuard shows the business its low ratings from Google, Yelp, BBB and ConsumerAffairs in one list.

Stay fresh

On the Growth plan and above, Buzzmax writes posts for the business's Google Business Profile that know its services and its competition. Each post publishes when the business approves it.

Bring customers back

On the Growth plan and above, Buzzmax texts back missed calls with the business's booking link, once its texting number is set up. Buzzmax also sends appointment and invoice reminders, once set up. Texts are limited to review requests, missed-call text-back, and the reminders and updates a customer signs up for. Buzzmax does not send marketing texts.

Texting is $147 a month per location, or $97 a month billed yearly. Growth is $347 a month and Dominate is $547 a month. Enterprise is priced per business. See pricing.
