WHAT MATTERS MOST FOR A LENDER

A customer who texts you wants an answer today, from a number they can trust.

When a customer answers your review request or texts back after a missed call, the text lands in your Messaging inbox. Your team replies there, within 24 hours of the customer’s text and between 9 AM and 8 PM their time.

Messaging is reply-only: the customer always texts first. Replies send from a number registered to your business, and only after the carriers approve that registration, which Twilio currently puts at 10 to 15 days.

Coming soon for lenders. Messaging for lending clients is in legal and compliance review and not yet available, and carrier approval is only one of the steps. Contact us to hear when it launches.

At 100 calls a month, that is about 4 to 7 customers a month who were ready to act on the call and reached nobody.

The math: 100 calls (our assumption) × 45% not answered × 45% of calls that are leads × 20% to 38% converting on the call. 45% and 38% are Invoca’s banking and lending figures, 20% is our cautious floor. What each one is worth depends on what you lend: for mortgage lenders, the MBA reports $11,909 in production revenue per loan (second quarter of 2026).
